Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LeadList Verifier (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

LeadList Verifier verifies email lists using a two-pass engine. You upload CSV files containing email addresses, which are verified using third-party verification providers. Results are provided as downloadable CSV files and via a REST API. The Service verifies email addresses; it does not send email on your behalf.

Verification results are available to download for 30 days after a list completes, after which they are permanently deleted.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You must confirm your email address before running verifications.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person or organization. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.

• Credits are purchased in one-time packs via Stripe. Credits do not expire.
• 1 credit = 1 unique email address verified.
• Credits are deducted when a verification job starts, based on the number of unique emails in the file.
• If a verification job fails, the credits for that job are automatically refunded to your balance.
• Credits are otherwise non-refundable, including credits used on successfully completed jobs.
• Bonus credits, where granted, cannot be transferred or refunded.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future credit pack purchases. Existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Verify email lists obtained through scraping, harvesting, or other unlawful or unauthorized means
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial email
• Violate any applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service
• Share API keys or account access with unauthorized parties
• Use automated tools to create multiple accounts or abuse free credits

You represent and warrant that you have the right to process the email addresses you upload, and that such processing complies with applicable data protection laws.

Email addresses you upload are processed by our third-party verification providers. Uploaded files and results are permanently deleted 30 days after a list completes, as described in our Privacy Policy. Authorized staff may access your lists and results to provide support and operate the service, and this access is audit-logged.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Verification accuracy depends on third-party providers and may vary. We are not liable for downstream effects of verification results, for example emails that bounce despite being marked as deliverable.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, including abuse of the Service. You may request deletion of your account at any time through support; the account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. Except for the automatic refunds on failed jobs described in section 4, credits are non-refundable, and any unused credits are forfeited on termination.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
