Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LeadList Verifier (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

LeadList Verifier provides email list verification using a two-pass engine. Users upload CSV files containing email addresses, which are verified using third-party verification engines. Results are provided as downloadable CSV files and via a REST API.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person or organization. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.

• Credits are purchased in one-time packs via Stripe. Credits do not expire.
• 1 credit = 1 email verified through both verification engines.
• Credits are deducted when a verification job starts, based on the number of unique emails.
• If a verification job fails, credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
• Credits used on successfully completed verification jobs are non-refundable.
• New accounts receive 100 bonus credits. Bonus credits cannot be transferred or refunded.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future credit pack purchases. Existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Verify email lists obtained through scraping, harvesting, or other unauthorized means
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial email
• Violate any applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service
• Share API keys or account access with unauthorized parties
• Use automated tools to create multiple accounts or abuse free credits

Email addresses you upload are processed by our third-party verification providers By using the Service, you represent that you have the right to process the email addresses you upload and that such processing complies with applicable data protection laws.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Verification accuracy depends on third-party APIs and may vary. We are not liable for downstream effects of verification results (e.g., emails that bounce despite being marked as deliverable).

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless you request a refund within 7 days for unused, purchased credits.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
