Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and encrypted password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.

Email lists: When you upload a CSV file for verification, we process the email addresses in that file. CSV files are stored temporarily in encrypted cloud storage (Vercel Blob) and used solely for verification purposes.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full credit card number. Stripe provides us with a transaction ID and payment status.

Usage data: We collect standard web analytics including pages visited, time on site, and feature usage to improve the product.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or email lists with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party services to operate LeadList Verifier:

• Third-party verification engines - Email addresses from your uploaded lists are sent to our verification partners for processing.
• Stripe - Payment processing.
• Vercel - Hosting and file storage.
• Neon - Database hosting.
• Resend - Transactional email delivery.

Uploaded CSV files and verification results are retained for 90 days after verification completes, then automatically deleted. Account information is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage, secure HTTPS connections, hashed passwords (bcrypt with cost factor 12), and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your verification results
• Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing
